Folkestone-specific notes

Villa-conversion wall fixing. A Leas villa split into flats is almost never uniform plasterboard. A single wall can be lath-and-plaster over solid brick with dot-and-dab plasterboard skinned on top from the conversion. Wall-mounted TV brackets need the right fixing for the actual substrate at each fixing point - I check with a stud/void detector before drilling, every time.
