Standard room (up to 4x4m, walls and ceiling): £280-380 including paint at retail cost. Exterior fascia/soffit run (10-15m of gutter line, house side): £320-480. Sash window three-coat re-paint (single window, both sides): £120-180. Longer or complex runs quoted individually.

Folkestone-specific notes

Coastal-grade exterior paint. Standard exterior emulsion breaks down faster on a seafront or Leas-facing elevation than it does at Etchinghill. Fleet-default is a marine or coastal-rated exterior system on any south or south-west facing frontage within a few streets of the sea - costs a little more per litre, lasts a lot longer against the salt spray.

Heritage colour choices. On the Leas Conservation Area stretch, the fleet-default palette leans towards heritage cream, matched-Georgian off-white, or the softer greys used on 19th-century villa joinery. Folkestone & Hythe DC does not enforce this, but the CA character is protected by consensus and the neighbours notice.
